    • create a folder for CS151-##,
    • open the CS151 folder, create the following subfolder
      • Access Module 1

    • FOLDER 1: CS151\Access\
      • DRAG Access1 folder to your folder on the Desktop

LESSON OBJECTIVES

  1. SLO - Microsoft Access: Module 1
    • Demonstrate creating a Table Object using the Table button.

ACCESS PROJECTS- (To be graded in class)

    1. PRACTICE: Page AC 8 ~ 30
      • Create a new blank database named Riverview1 (followed your initials)
      • and inside the database Create a Table Object saved as Visit
    2. Page AC45 - Review Assignment (#1 - 7)
      • Create a new blank database named Vendor1 (followed your initials)
      • and inside the database Create a Table Object saved as Supplier
    3. Page AC46 - Case Problem 1 (#1 - 7)
      • Create a new blank database named Beauty1 (followed by your initials)
      • and inside the database Create a Table Object saved as Option

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. CALL INSTRUCTOR for grading.
  2. CLOSE the files.
  3. DRAG the 3 files (Riverview1, Vendor1, Beauty1) to your Google Drive CS151/Access Module 1 folder.
  4. SHARE your CS151/Access Module 1 folder with me.
    • Right-click on the Access Module 1 folder
    • click Share
